By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. These ensure a respectful, smooth, and fun process for both client and artist.

1. ✦✦Communication & Process✦✦
* Reference Required: I do not accept commissions without a character reference sheet or clear visual reference. (Excluding Custom Characters).
* Project Start Notification: I will notify you when I begin your commission. At that point, you waive the right to a refund (see Section 7 for more info).
* Progress Updates & Reviews: While working on your piece, I’ll send periodic updates to ensure it’s just right for you! The number of updates depends on the complexity of the piece.
* Work-in-Progress Images: WIPs will include watermarks and may be lower resolution than the final product.
* Completion Timeline: Commissions may take anywhere from 1 week to 3 months, depending on complexity, health, midterms, and other commitments. If delays arise, I’ll notify you ASAP.
* Final Delivery: Once complete, you will receive the full-resolution image and a web-friendly version. This is a digital-only product.

2. ✦✦What I Will NOT Draw✦✦
* NSFW or fetish content
* Nudity (This includes genitals and nipples, from either sex)
* Excessive gore (no entrails or detailed dismemberment; blood/simplified wounds okay)
* Detailed mechs or robots (slight cyborg elements okay)
* Anything that makes me uncomfortable
* Hate speech, bigotry, or discriminatory themes

3. ✦✦What I Will Draw✦✦
* Dragons, creatures, fantasy characters
* Light gore, “Fake” gore, blood, certain organs like hearts
* Slight sci-fi or cyborg elements
* Feel free to ask about your idea if unsure!

4. ✦✦Revisions✦✦
* You get 3 rounds of revisions included in the base price.
* Changes requested after final approval, or after the 3rd revision round, will incur an extra fee (unless the error is on my part).
* Fees for additional changes are based on the complexity and time needed, typically charged by hourly rate.
* If you ask to revise something that was already approved earlier in the process, it will also count as a paid revision.

5. ✦✦Artistic Freedom✦✦
* Please allow for some creative freedom. You’re hiring me for my style and interpretation.
* I reserve the right to adjust poses, lighting, or design elements to best suit the final artwork.

6. ✦✦Usage Rights✦✦
* Personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased separately.
* You may share the artwork online with clear credit to me.
* Do not remove watermarks, claim the art as your own, or use it for profit (e.g., prints, merch, NFTs, AI training).
* Do not edit or heavily manipulate the finished piece.

7. ✦✦Payment & Refunds✦✦
* Payment is due in full upfront.
* Once I’ve confirmed I’ve started your commission, no refunds will be issued unless I cancel the project myself.
* If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
